Embedded Partnership

£2,500 / month (3 month min.)

What's included:

  • Everything in Strategic Guidance, plus:

  • One additional strategic session per month (focused on implementation, problem-solving, or coaching)

  • Leadership Essentials Lunch & Learn programme for cohorts of up to 8 people

  • Hands-on support implementing one major system per quarter (onboarding, appraisals, capability frameworks)

  • Implementation support for new processes and systems

Ideal for:
Growing SMEs building learning & organisational development infrastructure from scratch or replacing an outgoing Head of People/L&D.

Full Strategic Leadership

£3,500 / month (3 month min.)

  • Everything in Embedded Partnership, plus:

  • Attendance at monthly leadership team meetings

  • Monthly 1:1 coaching session with senior leadership or high-performers

  • Access to the High-Performer Development Programme (identification, development plans, retention strategy)

  • Crisis/escalation support between scheduled sessions (unexpected departures, urgent performance issues, team conflict)

  • Change management support for restructures or strategic pivots
